1. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

4. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Yes. We provide free return shipping on all eligible returns.
6. Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees.
7. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
9. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
